Kasasa is paying for the event, meals, and hotel rooms for each attendee. You only need to pay for ground transportation and airfare. You are also responsible for extraneous expenses, including food or drink other than what Kasasa provides.
The purpose is to provide our attendees with a first-class event experience without the added stress of balancing annual event budgets and time away from your institution. There’s no question this event will be worth paying for, but we wanted to take that question off the table so that you can focus on participating in a one-of-a-kind event designed around you.

Yes. In addition to built-in free time, you’ll also have the option to extend your stay (at your own expense) through the weekend and enjoy the diverse and entertaining metroplex that is Austin.
No. You are not being bribed to attend a three-day sales pitch. The purpose of this event is to bring community banks and credit unions together and create an environment where everyone can benefit.

The dress code is business casual. We’re happy for you to look your best, but we want you to be comfortable too. Keep the weather in mind when planning your wardrobe; Fall in Texas can still be quite warm.
Generally speaking, the weather in Austin can be hot, even into early October. We do recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater in case the event space gets cool or the outside temperature drops at night (as it often does).
